STI repairs every instrument we calibrate, provided replacement parts are still available. Call us if you have an older instrument you would like to keep operational. We will do our best to solve the problem and find parts. STI provides a 10-day turnaround for repairs (barring any problems obtaining replacement parts). STI’s experienced technicians troubleshoot to the lowest level possible providing significant savings on all repairs. After the repair, the instrument is tested to ensure a proper repair, and then it is re-calibrated to national standards and the calibration data is documented. Each repair is warranted for 120 days for labor and 90 days for parts.
