JUNE 17, 2010,
MEETING MINUTES
It was a very informal meeting this month due to the attendance of only three people--the officers. Our faithful Vice President, Mark Pasquinelli, was out of town.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
The current Slate of Officers have consented to serve for another year since no one else expressed a desire to serve.
President Frank Berger thanked everyone for being willing to retain these positions.
The minutes for our May meeting were approved with a motion to accept made by Carole Swank and a second made by Frank Berger..
The Treasurer’s Report was presented by Carole Swank and approved with a motion made by Ann Roadarmel and a second made by Frank Berger.
An error was made in the proofing of the maps for this year which
generated a reprinting. Since no proof was received before the printing, an
allowance was made regarding the cost.
A motion to pay the bill was made by Frank Berger and seconded by Ann
Roadarmel.
A motion to pay $75 for the All Home Days Booklet advertisement was made
by Frank Berger and seconded by Ann Roadarmel.
The trees will soon be fertilized again. Another tree is starting to show
signs of problems and hopefully the fertilization will prevent more difficulties
with these trees.
Park Entrance
Weeding is being done by Jason Boblick, however, some more attention may be needed soon.
Flags
President Frank Berger changes the flags at the Community Park entrance for special occasions such as Memorial Day, Fourth of July, etc.
Review 2008/2009 Spend Plan
It was noted that the Spend Plan presented is used as a guideline for next year. A few changes are needed this year. It will be approached at a later meeting.
All Home Days Breakfast
Plans are being reviewed. The same crew will hopefully be retained.
Please contact Carole Swank or Frank Berger if anyone is interested in volunteering.
Maps will be distributed after this meeting. See Frank if you would like to have some for distribution at your business. They are also available at various businesses in the community.
REMINDER: NO JULY MEETING due to members being out of town.
Respectfully submitted,
Ann S. Roadarmel, Secretary
